Once you find a farm you love on Rooted Local, follow them on social media. Watching where your food actually comes from changes how you see it, plus it's the easiest way to know what's fresh, what's in season, and what's new.
Buy local, keep it local.
Every dollar spent with a local producer stays close to home, supporting a neighbor's livelihood instead of a distant supply chain. It's a small choice that adds up to a stronger community.
Know how your food was raised.

We Started With Extra Eggs
Rooted Local began with 20 hens, more eggs than we could use, and a local food pantry. It grew into something bigger: a way for this whole area to find real food from real neighbors.
